Life goes on. Pete was up early this morning to report for his new part-time job with Albertson’s grocery. In addition to evenings waiting tables at Jake's he will be learning to Meat and Deli operations at one of the west end Albertson’s. Ken writes that he is in the process of buying a Condo in Helena. I’ ll see him next week when he comes down to Billings to leave with Pete for St. Paul where they will represent me and the rest of the family at granddaughter Stephanie’s wedding to John Huss. It is likely that Jimmy and his family will also be there. Annie’s Blog (http://bloggersall.blogspot.com/) tells us that while she has tenure with the Lame Deer school district she may very well be offered a job as librarian/English teacher back at Ashland where she started 25 or so years ago. It will be closer home and will involve less treacherous winter driving. Will and Karyn will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary tomorrow(4/!2) and Willie will be home rather than at the office working on other people’s Income Taxes as he has just started a new job which will give them that privilege and joy. David will soon be a father-in-law for the second time. While Paul and Louise are pretty much in settled jobs life still poses its challenges.
I cleaned out some of the basement again today. It is amazing still to find the kinds of things my dear wife kept against the possibility of maybe using them someday. Since they haven’t been used and they simply remind me of my loss they are out of here. She is still everywhere in this house - she is simply not here for a hug.
The tulips are up and blooming as you can see below where David has added the picture I e-mailed him yesterday. Against the possibility that it might rain I did get some yard work done this morning. Namely spreading some fertilizer so that Pete will have some grass to cut later on. It is still a bit early to have the sprinkler system turned on. It will wait for about another month.

We all have our challenges. Love of family and friends is what gives us strength to keep going. I don't know what I would do without the Taylor family. *big hugs* Love to all of you.
