Wet Saturday
Well, the day is bright and sunny, but the roads are wet from the snow melt. We had 4-6 inches of the stuff over night Thursday and it is melting. I got lucky on my shopping trip this afternoon - (dare I say "Wal Mart"). I needed to replace my spare box of cereal and they are the only store that has not raised the price the last few months. Plus I read an article yesterday about a local Hutterite Colony that sells its eggs to WM, and how carefully they screen them. I got a dozen. large for $1.45. The Shredded Wheat is $3.52. The point about the "wet Saturday" is how lucky I was. This trip is just over 3 miles each way. I got there and back and did not get my windshield sprayed with the wetness on most of the trip. Not that much other traffic, and a good choice of direction. I came home with a clean view.

My car is red with mud splash. NO point in washing it till the dry season though. Then red dust will replace it.
