I was bragging to my grand daughter today how proud I am that I can still remember the names of each of our children, their spouses, and the 12 grandchildren along with numerous in-laws belonging to the first of these. I try to mention each of them to God every day figuring she knows what they need most, and that they are under her protection. AND then I go to type up the minutes of the Board Meeting I attended last Friday and find that I left the packet with the minutes in the room meeting instead of bringing it home. I can only hope that our Administrator picked up the stuff still lying around and brought it back to the Office. She is off today so I can't check until tomorrow.
I'm glad to see that Brother John has started Team of Rivals about the life of Lincoln, How better to spend some time on Presidents Day? I shunned the Olympics last night and finished Hillerman's Skeleton Man. Fascinating read. Now I have a bit deeper subject to get into. Bought a book on the Gnostics a few weeks ago and haven't gotten back to it since Betty's death. Some how the Olympics don't fascinate me as they did four years ago in Salt Lake. Betty loved the ice dancing so I do catch that once in a while.
I was out about an hour ago and except for a strong wind from the North it was pretty comfortable. One more month til Spring and the Spring heavy wet snows. Ugh!

According to you,I am getting old too. I left the mouse for my laptop at the vendor's office today. I will be there tomorrow to get it and work on moe training. You can read about my "fun" trip to get here in South Carolina on my blog.

I can't remember if I've read The Skeleton Man or not. I find with those books I can't always remember the the mystery part I just try to figure out if Chee has a new girlfriend or not. The Cadfael series is pretty good.
The Olympics have not held my interest either. It seems to be less about sport these days, or maybe it just looks all the same.
