Real Age

I recently took the RealAge quiz. Turns out that I am 90.9 years old as I turn 83 next month. There are things I am doing right, and a long list of things I could be doing better. For example: they think my med use is wrong. So what are my docs doing? And with a tendancy to angina my exercise program ain’t going anywhere or I might not make it even to 85. Guess I could eat more fish.

Things about life style that make you younger

What a coincidence. Most days I feel like I'm 90 +.
